The Yu-Gi-Oh version of Monopoly is based of the Japanese manga and anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! In this edition of Monopoly players can buy Duel Monsters seen in the manga and show. In order to win the game players will need to buy as many properties as possible and upgrade them to collect as much money from the other players as possible.

Duel Points[]
Instead of regular Monopoly money, the Yu-Gi-Oh version uses Duel Points (DP) as the currency. In order to buy Duel Monsters (properties) players must pay the bank the correct amount of DP in order to obtain the Duel Monster.
Game Shops & Duel Arenas []
The 32 traditional Houses have changed to Game Shops (yellow) and the 12 traditional hotels have been changed to Duel Arenas (red).
It's Time To Duel & It's Your Move Cards[]
These set of cards act the same as the Chance and Community Chest cards in the original game. It's Time to Duel cards replace the Chance cards. It's Your Move replace the Community Chest cards. Each card either has a reward or penalty that the player must accept once drawn.
