Summary[]
St. Charles is a good buy. Though more expensive than the Light Blue properties, it produces higher rents. $750 rents are no joke! Many tournaments have been decided by this property alone! Also, even though a 11 is not common, if Chance has the Advance to St. Charles Place card on it as a player comes from GO from rolling a 7 (the most common roll with 2 fair dice), thus they could still get hit hard if a hotel is there.
- Max Value: $640
