(You allowed to cheat by checking the cheat card in the middle of the board)

Place the Title Deeds card next to their matching spaces. Each player chooses the token and place it on GO.

  • There are no Houses, so you go straight to Hotel. If the unowned property has the Hotel. And then someone buys that property, they will get the hotel for free.
  • If a player land on the Railroad, move to the next Railroad. Then, they end their turn. (Remember: Railroad are not for sale)
  • If you land on the Free Parking, you may either draw 1 Chance card or Community Chest card. You may only have 1 Chance Card and 1 Community Chest Card at the time. If you have 2 Chance/Community Chest cards. Then, you must play or discard one of them to the bottom of the deck.
  • If you land on Go to Jail, you go straight To Jail and do not pass GO and Collect $/£200. Put the handcuff on and place its base underneath the board near your seat. Your turn is over, but you allowed to collect rent, bid on auctions, buy Hotel and trade with another player while in Jail. You may also catch cheaters and cheat, but you are not allowed to use Chance or Community Chest card expect for the card that Get Out of Jail for free. If someone is already In Jail, when you Go to Jail then they are released to the Just Visiting spot and you are given the handcuff. They may only be one player in Jail at a time. To get out of Jail, you may pay $/£$50. Then, roll the die and move like normal, use the Get Out of Jail Free Card or rolls doubles. If you do, move your token that many spaces and end your turn. (If you failed to roll doubles in your third turn, you must pay $50. Then, you move that many spaces based on your last roll)
  • Each Cheat card, have the Title and the action throughout the game. You may only cheat by doing the face up cheats on the board. (You're allowed to use distractions, bluffing and sleight of hand) You may cheat on your turn or another player's turn. If you're ready to cheat, secretly do what's on the cheat card. Then, you must wait until next player rolls the dice. If no one catches you before then, you got away with the cheat, let everyone know you succeeded and how. Flip over the cheat card and collect the reward listed on the back. Then, return that cheat to the bottom of the cheat deck and draw a new one to the board.
  • If you found the player that was cheating, call out "CHEATER" and how they cheated before the next player rolls the dice. If the accused player is guilty. Then, they must take the penalty listed on the back of the cheat card, but if you falsely accused someone of cheating and they prove that they are innocent. Then, you must pay that player $/£100. (If you can't prove your innocence). Then, other players listen to your argument and then decide who deserves the penalty.
  • If you have a monopoly (color set) then you allow to build Hotels for that set. You don't need to wait for your turn before you can buy. The cost of the Hotels is listed on the Title Deeds card and place the Hotel on that space. You can only have 1 Hotels per property, and you are not allowed to sell Hotels to The Bank or other players. If multiple players want to buy the last Hotel. Then, the Hotel will be auctioned. You can buy, sell or swap properties with other players at any time. Properties can be trade for cash, property or Get Out of Jail free card (The amount is decided by the players making the deal).
  • If you ran out of money and can't pay someone, you will need to sell properties to the Bank for the face value or to another player for an agreed-upon price. If you can't raise the money to pay off a debt, Then you are bankrupt and out of the game. Give the player you owe all the cards you have left. If you owe the Bank, then all of your properties will be auctioned off.
  • The Game ends when all the properties have been purchased. Then, each player continues around the board until they reach GO. Then, they must stop and collect $/£200 even if their rolls would take them further. Then, in turn order, each player collects rent from The Bank for each of the properties, making sure to get double rent or Hotel prices for the correct properties. Then, the player with the most cash wins!

ULTIMATE CHEATER'S MODE[]

Feel like you can get away with a whole lot more? Then play like a true cheater! In this mode, you can try anything!

The Cheat, Chance, and Community Chest cards will give you specific advantages, rewards, and penalties, but otherwise, you can cheat all you want! Steal money from the Bank! Completely ignore the dice! If you can get away with it, do it! This mode requires close attention to the game-maybe even a little paranoia-and you'll need to make some house rules to deal with the really wild cheaters. Some things may happen that these rules won't cover. Play at your own risk!
